Zeyi Moise - Model + Health Care Professional

 Who was your childhood hero?

My childhood and adulthood hero will always be my mom. She is truly the definition of a powerhouse and I hope to have her strength, faith and resilience.

How do you measure success?

I grew up being taught that money is not what brings happiness, although it does help make life easier and does contribute to things that make you happy it's not what brings happiness and success. So when it comes to how I measure success, I measure it by the community I have built that pours an abundance of love, positivity, and compassion into my life. As we all have experienced, people come and go or certain people come into our life at certain points in our life for a purpose but don't always stick around. Just like money, it comes and goes. I have been extremely privileged enough to have a great community of people that support me, love me unconditionally, help me growing into a better person everyday which helps me into growing into more succes.

What did you buy from the school cafeteria?

Ohhhh my school cafeteria was the best, I believe it was every Friday when they would serve Chick-fil-a sandwiches , besides that I was always a make your own salad at the salad bar type of girl! We had the best options!

What was the last thing you celebrated?

The last thing I celebrated was Christmas, which is my favorite holiday aside from Thanksgiving! My siblings and I do a sleep over at my older brothers house, who has a few kids whom I adore and we cook dinner together and play games till about 3 am the next morning, but I always fall asleep before them! One thing I know for sure is that my family always has my back.

What is something that always makes you smile?

My nephews and niece are the light of my life and they always know how to make me smile!

Greatest struggle or challenge you have ever faced?

The greatest challenge I have ever faced in my life was being in a concentration camp with my 9 siblings and my mom for 16 months not knowing if we would be the next family who wouldn't make it.

What do you think is the best way to get to know someone?

I think the best way to know someone is being around their family. I feel like that tells you a lot about a person. And family doesn't always mean biological, family is like the people that know you the best from your best days to your worst!

Describe yourself in three words?

If I were to describe myself in three words I would probably say loving, goofy, and compassionate.
